Need help with styling/coloring options for thinning hair?

My normally thick and curly hair thinned dramatically this past year due to a medication. Its currently brown, layered to my shoulders, with bangs. I am really not happy with the way it looks style wise and color wise. However I am afraid to do anything damaging and lose even more hair. right now i would suggest you stay away from any color that has peroxide in it. the hair is already damaged and weak, dont risk losing the rest of it. try going to a REPUTABLE salon and have a consultation, this should be free and at least the day before you are going to get anything done. dont wait til you are sitting in her chair with scissors and bleach in had and you feel pressured. tell her your concerns and ask her advice. if you are comfortable with the discussion outcome book an appointment.
