MY boyfriend is 34 and has very long hair. We noticed the other day that when he puts in a ponytail it seem way thinner then ever. He does not have a reseding hair line or balding. Hair is just thinner. Is it health issues or our water system? Help!Thinning Hair?

It could be the long hair thining out the scalp...... or you could check out his thyroid ....... thinning hair is a symptom........ ask a dr if your really worried.
