What brand of hair products really works for thinning hair?

I have very thin and fine hair but my brother is a super stylist in our area and has won lots of hair awards he always brings me the top of the line products that cost up to $120.00 per bottle but i always got the same results

There is no product as in conditoner or anything like that i bought a pair of hair thining scissors at priceline, they work great. they dont cut you hair exactly you run it through like a brush and hair comes out.What brand of hair products really works for thinning hair?
there is no such thing simply go to salon or beauty school and ask them to remove bulk. do it every 2-3 months.
