Get Nioxin, they have it at professional salons and they are numbered to match your type of hair. example: color treated hair, slightly thinning hair. It works really good but you have to use it every time you shower, you cant just use it every now and then. My friend used it for three months and she noticed a big differenceWhat would be the best shampoo thinning hair?
Hi,

To prevent hair loss massage the scalp with olive oil every evening for eight days. Let it work overnight and wash it out in the morning.

And prepare an herbal hair rinse the same way you make an herbal tea: Pour a cup of boiling water over a teaspoon of herbs. (dried sage, dried birch leaves, chamomile flowers, linden flowers)

Steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Massage the rinse into the scalp gently and evenly; leave it on the hair without rinsing. Dry your hair with a soft towel. Heat can damage your hair, , so try to avoid using a blow dryer and allow your hair to dry naturally.

Brush the scalp to improve circulation...Give your hair 100 strokes with a natural bristle brush every day to stimulate circulation in the scalp.

Regualr brushing will also help to remove the pollutants and dust that settle on you hair ever day and potentially cause damage.

Hope that helps :)
