Okay, maybe I am a bit slow, but are you stating that you have thinning hair and you want a cure for it, or you want to thin out your hair??

Just go to a hair dresser and have them thin it out. Vinegar is not going to thin your hair out..
Why would any one want thinning hair? A barber has a special pair of scissors that will thin out your hair. You can buy a pair at any barber supply.
I wouldn't recommend thinning the hair..however if you find that your tresses are too hard to manage you should seek a professional hairstylist to recommend a nice haircut that is more manageable.
